If you wish to modify your booking dates, this can be done based on availability. If the revised dates fall under a different pricing or seasonal rate, the difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
In the event of an error during the payment process (such as double payment or incorrect charges), Thour Nature Resorts will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method. If you believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
A "no-show" occurs when a guest does not arrive at the resort on the scheduled date of check-in without any prior cancellation notice. In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Once a safari booking is confirmed at Thour Nature Resorts, it is generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled upon arrival at the resort. Guests are requested to confirm all safari bookings well in advance and adhere to the stated cancellation policy.
However, in case of heavy rain or unfavorable weather conditions where the safari cannot be conducted, and the guest checks out immediately without availing the safari, the safari amount may be refunded.
